Kampus Sejahtera is a student-led organisation in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) aiming to lead and develop sustainability at the campus. Working together in six established teams under the organisation namely Water, Energy, Biodiversity, Health, Zero-Waste and Social, Kampus Sejahtera are working hard to produce well-aware USM citizens of issues relating to nature sustainability in order to make sure that everyone could lead a sustainable life for a promising tomorrow.
The integration and synergy of all these elements will hopefully guarantee the sustainability of the campus to be realised on long-term process. This effort is also assisted with our reference to Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) by the United Nations (UN) which addresses the same aim that is ‘to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all.’
SDG shall be the guidelines for all of Kampus Sejahtera's programmes to match with USM APEX proposal which is, ‘Transforming Higher Education for A Sustainable Tomorrow’.
